Our company is located in UK and international shipping is available. We offer three different shipping options: Standard, Recorded and Courier. Each has its pros and cons, and ultimately it's up to you which method you ship with. 

Every product you order here is an individual item, printed on demand to avoid wastage and manufactured by hand for you. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

1. Shipping

Standard shipping (Royal Mail)

This is the cheapest option available. It's an untracked service, though typically it's very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail's 1st Class service arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive (in the UK).

Delivery Estimates:

  • UK - 1 to 4 working days 
  • EU - 3 to 5 working days 
  • Everywhere else - 7 to 10 working days

Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For)

This is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it's delivered.

  • UK - 1 to 4 working days
  • EU - 3 to 5 working days
  • Everywhere else - 7 to 10 working days

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it's being shipped to. All parcels heavier than 0.6kg (UK) or 0.3kg (rest of the world) will default to DPD as this is the cheapest shipping option. 

3. Products or Services

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. 

4. Cancellation

We accept order cancellations only before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped out. 

5. Returns 

We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low quality item). We DO NOT accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please click the link below to go to the Return Centre.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 24 hours.

7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case your refund payment hasn't reached your account after 24 hours (from the time we confirm the initiation of refund transfer) please contact your credit card company- it may take some time before your refund process is complete. Next contact your bank- there is often some processing time before a refund is delivered to your account. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Payments:

Prices are available in multiple currencies, please use the currency converter available in our website to choose your desired currency. Payments are made using PayPal services with all major credit cards supported.  We provide our customers with 256-bit SSL secure encrypted connection to ensure safety of your funds and information.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties!
